We have private rooms available in each of our salon locations.

Your appointment takes place in a dedicated private room, away from the main salon floor. It’s quiet, relaxed and completely discreet, so you can chat openly and feel at ease. You will never be on display, and nobody in the salon will know what service you’re having unless you want them to.

 

A Warm, Friendly Welcome

Your stylist will greet you, bring you through to the private room, and take a few moments to help you settle in. We understand how emotional hair loss can be, and we always take things at your pace.

What Happens During the Consultation

We’ll begin with a relaxed chat about your hair concerns, your lifestyle and what you’re hoping to achieve.

If you’re comfortable, we’ll gently assess your scalp and natural hair so we can recommend the best solution for you.

Together, we’ll look at:

• The most suitable system (topper, weave, mesh integration etc.)

• Colour and length

• Maintenance

• How often you’ll need appointments

• Prices and long-term options

Everything is explained clearly with no pressure and no judgement.

Aftercare and Next Steps

Before you leave, we’ll talk you through aftercare, maintenance and what results to expect. If you decide to go ahead, we’ll book your fitting at a time that suits you. Our consultations are completely no obligation and not pressured or 'sales driven' - we ask you to go away and have a good think about which option would be good for you before you commit to any decision. To make sure you're comfortable and making the right choice for you, as most clients like to speak to friends and family about the options.
