Traci is the brilliantly creative (and slightly insane) mastermind behind The Glamour Garage — a retro-themed chain of hair and beauty salons in Surrey known for big glam, bold branding and even bigger transformations.

Fuelled by coffee, chaos and a borderline-obsessive love of hair extensions, she’s happiest when she’s building something new, making clients feel incredible, or creating the next idea that will keep the team on their toes. Luckily, she has Shelley, our Area Manager, and Zoe, our Cheam Manager, to keep her vaguely under control.

What began as one small salon has now grown into a busy multi-site brand offering hair extensions, aesthetic services, beauty treatments, bespoke colour work, signature looks, and specialist hair systems including mesh integration and toppers. We’re also home to our own global brand of hair extensions — Elite Extensions — used and retailed by stylists across the world.

Training sits at the heart of everything we do. Through The Glamour Garage Academy and The Glamour Success Academy, we teach beginners, professionals and salon owners through CPD-accredited courses, online masterclasses, business programmes and school/college workshops.

Our educators teach thousands of students every year, from lash lifts and brow lamination to advanced extension techniques and full salon-owner training.
